The company is located in the green hills of the province of Rieti, in the north-east area of the Latium region and the olive grove covers an area of 15 hectares with 1,500 olive trees included in the certification PDO of Sabina. The variety of olives are: Carboncella, Leccino and Frantoio.
The PDO olive oil ‘’La Valle’’ with excellent nutritional characteristics has a golden yellow color with green hues, and has a broad and balanced aromatic taste. The olives are harvested by hand and then they are milled by a continuous cycle the same day harvested. This allows for a low acidity and high quality extra virgin olive oil.
The company produces:
