The company:

The company is based in a territory of ancient traditions and is recognized as being in the heart of the Sabina PDO. Thanks to the particular and delicate care followed during the entire production phase, the olive oil produced is of excellent quality both for its chemical and organoleptic characteristics.
The company has 5,000 olive trees with an average age of 100 years; varieties of olives grown are: Carboncella, Moraiolo, Raja, Frantoio, Pendolino, Leccino and Olivastrone, and the trees are spread over an area of 40 hectares.
The company has a processing plant with a production capacity of 240 tons of olives per day. The bottling of the olive oil is housed in two different laboratories: one dedicated to the production of Sabina PDO olive oil, ant the other to olive oils flavored with ginger, lemon, laurel, rosemary and orange.
