The company:
Altobelli company is located in the Sabina Romana, about 50 km north of Rome, and for over half a century has harvested fruit and made olive oil.
In the 1950s, the company’s founder, after returning from the war decided against a fulltime position reserved for war veterans, to dedicate himself heart and soul to cultivating his family’s land.
His spirit and dedication are what drive the company today, and this translates into a desire to make the olive oil and the other farm products harvested from the Sabina area known.
Since 2001, the company produces DOP denominated olive oil, and since 2012, olive oils made with the same variety of olive. In 2013 the company started milling the olives with wild herbs to infuse the olive oils with different aromas and flavors.
The company produces:
- Extra virgin olive oil Sabina PDO
- Extra virgin olive oil Monocultivar
- Vegetable preserves.
