The company
The company is located on the ancient Cures site, in the heart of Sabina, in the northern area of Rome, and it is devoted to olive growing and harvesting. The farm has 30 hectares of old olive groves, which includes a tree that is one thousand years old, and arable farm land, pastures, and forest for a total of 90 hectares. The company adheres to the standards of the European Union which call for a reduced use of fertilizers and pesticides. The olive oil that is produces is made with olives of the Carboncella, Frantoio and Raja variety. Recently, the farmhouse was renovated to allow the accommodation of up to 30 people in comfortable apartments.
